MEET The Team
Dr. Leila Ortiz | Phd
I strive to support people in living their full potential and enjoying a life that brings happiness and fulfillment.
I aim to equip people with the tools to understand and transform whatever interferes with that process. Our work together will empower you to transform old negative beliefs and patterns and grow into a powerful being with presence, integrity, self-love, and joy.
If you are looking for someone who is empathetic, nonjudgmental, and challenges your thinking, I may be a good fit for you. I help my clients understand their current difficulties and the causes of those problems. Together, we work towards empowerment, personal growth, and healing. I see my work as helping people develop mindful awareness, self-compassion, and insight into themselves and life's challenges.
Tiffany Ream | Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
A good relationship between therapist and client is the key to successful therapy.
I have a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology and am credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois. I have about 16 years of experience including trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar, adjustment disorders, relationship conflicts, and trauma.
I provide a safe, judgment-free space for you to process and discuss what is on your mind. Establishing a healthy rapport will be our first priority, and we will move along at a pace that is comfortable for you. I typically use Cognitive Behavioral Techniques and Solution-Focused Therapy; however, I am flexible, and we will find the best approach for you. I believe that our thoughts and feelings directly connect with how we make decisions and choices in our lives.
I have experience working with clients in private practice, in-patient, group homes, and correctional settings. I have experience working with a diverse group of clients and I believe we all need help in our struggles, and that we don't have to go at it alone. As a therapist, I want you to have a safe place to heal, learn, and grow.
My mission is to help all clients be heard and find their voice. It's your story and it's time for you to tell it.
Celine Espinoza | Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Therapy: because life can be complicated, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with six years of experience in medical and behavioral health settings, including extensive work in inpatient psychiatric care with diverse populations.
My clinical background has shaped a grounded, practical approach to therapy. I have experience working with individuals during periods of significant distress, life transitions, and emotional instability. I value helping clients make sense of their experiences rather than rushing toward surface-level solutions. Therapy with me is collaborative — I aim to create a space where you can feel understood, challenged (when needed), and supported in building insight and change at your own pace.
I tailor treatment to you, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model. This means we may focus on practical coping strategies, emotional regulation, and thought patterns, while also exploring deeper relational themes and personal history when relevant.
I value openness, honesty, and direct communication in the therapeutic relationship. I strive to meet you where you are, respect your autonomy, and to work together with you towards goals that feel meaningful and realistic.
Ellie Parker | Clinical Mental Health Counseling Therapist
Healing is most effective when we address the whole person and recognize the interconnected relationship between mind, body, and spirit.
My professional experience spans a variety of behavioral health settings, which has provided me with the opportunity to work with individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, stress, and personal growth.
As a Reiki Master, I value the profound connection between emotional, physical, and energetic well-being and recognize the important role that mind-body awareness can play in supporting comprehensive healing and personal transformation. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and certified in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI). Through a trauma-informed and trauma-sensitive lens, I help clients explore how past experiences may be influencing present challenges.
I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. My goal is to foster a collaborative partnership that honors each person's strengths, experiences, and inherent capacity for healing. Together, we can explore life's challenges, deepen self-understanding, and cultivate meaningful change that supports greater balance, authenticity, and overall well-being.
